Mushahid Hussain meeting VIce-President Xi Jinping in Beijing

May 05, 2011Mushahid Hussain visits Beijing, will attend conference marking 90th years of Communist Party of China (CPC).

The Chairman of the Pakistan-China Institute, Mushahid Hussain visited Beijing for high level talks with the International Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC). He had a detailed luncheon meeting in Beijing with the Vice Minister of the International Department of the CPC, Mr. Ai Ping. The International Department invited Mushahid Hussain to participate in an international conference being held in September 2011 in Shandong province, marking the 90th Foundation Anniversary of the CPC. Mr. Ai Ping also appreciated the active role of the Pakistan China Institute in promoting Pakistan-China friendship. It may be added that Mr. Ai Ping was the Chief Guest at the launching of Nihao-Salam in Islamabad on February 21, 2011.
